التعرّف على الوجه على جهازك

لا تُرفع صورة وجهك لأي خادم أو طرف خارجي.

الموقع لحظة التسجيل فقط

للتأكد أنك داخل نطاق العمل — بلا تتبّع في الخلفية.

لا بيع ولا مشاركة

بياناتك تُتاح لصاحب العمل فقط، ولا تُباع لأحد.

البيانات التي نعالجها

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد/المعرّف الوظيفي المزوّد من صاحب العمل، لتسجيل الدخول وربط سجل الحضور بك.
  • بيانات الوجه (بيومترية): عند التسجيل، يُحسب قالب رقمي للوجه (متجه أرقام) على جهازك عبر نموذج محلي — ولا تُرفع صورة وجهك ولا تُخزَّن. يُرسَل هذا القالب الرقمي (وليست الصورة) ويُحفَظ مشفّرًا على خوادمنا للتحقق من هويتك عند تسجيل الحضور. تسجيل الوجه يتطلب موافقتك المسبقة، ويُستخدم للحضور فقط.
  • بيانات الموقع: تُستخدم لحظة التسجيل فقط للتأكد من وجودك داخل نطاق موقع العمل المصرّح به. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية.
  • سجلات الحضور: وقت الحضور/الانصراف ونتيجة التحقق من الموقع.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • التحقق من هوية الموظف وتسجيل الحضور والانصراف.
  • التأكد من أن التسجيل يتم من داخل موقع العمل.
  • عرض سجل الحضور والورديّات ورصيد الإجازات لك ولصاحب العمل.

المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين أو أطراف خارجية. تُتاح سجلات الحضور لصاحب العمل (الجهة المشغّلة لحسابك) وإدارته للموارد البشرية فقط.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بسجلات الحضور وبيانات الحساب طوال فترة خدمتك لدى صاحب العمل ووفق المتطلبات النظامية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل عند انتهاء الحاجة إليها.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر صاحب العمل أو بمراسلتنا. تُدار الحسابات من قبل صاحب العمل، وقد يتطلب الحذف تنسيقًا معه.

أمان البيانات

نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وضوابط وصول لحماية بياناتك.

الكوكيز وتقنيات التتبّع

لا يستخدم التطبيق ملفات تعريف الارتباط (كوكيز) ولا أي أدوات تتبّع إعلانية أو تحليلية من أطراف خارجية. يُحفظ رمز دخول آمن على جهازك عبر التخزين الآمن في نظام التشغيل، لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول فقط — ولا نستخدمه للتتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.

الأطراف الخارجية

يتصل التطبيق بخوادم منصة الجعيب لتشغيل الخدمة. تُرسَل سجلات الحضور إلى نظام الموارد البشرية الخاص بصاحب العمل. لا نشارك بياناتك مع مزوّدي إعلانات أو تحليلات.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مخصّص لموظفي الجهات المشتركة وليس موجَّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات ممن هم دون السن النظامية للعمل.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر؛ يعكس تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه النسخة الحالية، ونُبلغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو صاحب العمل.

Your privacy, in plain terms.

This document explains what data the Aljoaib TimeGuard app processes, and how we use and protect it.

Face recognition on your device

Your face image is never uploaded to a server or third party.

Location only at check-in

Used to confirm the work site — no background tracking.

Never sold or shared

Records are available to your employer only, never sold.

Data we process

  • Account data: Name and employer-provided email/employee ID, used to sign in and link attendance records to you.
  • Face data (biometric): At enrollment, a numeric face template (a vector of numbers) is computed on your device using a local model — your face image is not uploaded or stored. This template (not the image) is transmitted and stored encrypted on our servers to verify your identity at clock-in. Face enrollment requires your prior consent and is used only for attendance.
  • Location data: Used only at the moment of clock-in to confirm you are within the authorized work-site area. We do not track your location in the background.
  • Attendance records: Clock-in/out timestamps and the geofence verification result.

How we use data

  • Verify employee identity and record attendance.
  • Confirm check-ins occur from within the work site.
  • Show attendance history, shifts, and leave balance to you and your employer.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or third parties. Attendance records are available only to your employer (the organization operating your account) and its HR function.

Data retention

We retain attendance and account data for the duration of your employment relationship and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data through your employer or by contacting us. Accounts are managed by the employer, so deletion may require coordination with them.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data.

Cookies & tracking technologies

The app does not use cookies or any third-party advertising or analytics trackers. A secure sign-in token is stored on your device via the operating system's secure storage, solely to keep you signed in — it is not used to track you across apps or websites.

Third parties

The app connects to Aljoaib platform servers to operate the service, and attendance records are sent to your employer's HR system. We do not share your data with advertising or analytics providers.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for employees of subscribing organizations and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the legal working age.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes through the app or your employer.
